By using Cody, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Cody is an AI-powered fitness coaching service operated by m12k GmbH.

Service Description

Cody provides AI-powered fitness coaching through Telegram, including personalized check-ins, meal photo analysis, workout tracking (via Strava integration), and daily coaching messages. The service is available after completing onboarding and connecting via Telegram.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may delete your account at any time from the profile settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

Acceptable Use

• Use the service only for lawful personal fitness coaching purposes
• Do not abuse, harass, or send harmful content through the service
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
• Do not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service

Health Disclaimer

Cody provides general fitness coaching and nutritional estimates only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie and macronutrient estimates from meal photo analysis are approximations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have existing health conditions.

Intellectual Property

The Cody service, including its AI coaching, design, and content, is the property of m12k GmbH. You retain ownership of any data you provide (photos, messages). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing coaching.

Third-Party Services

Cody integrates with third-party services including Strava, Telegram, and Anthropic (Claude AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Cody is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated advice will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via Telegram or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
